Minnesota OC Blogger Meet Up!
Looks like our fellow blogger Sara will be in town early in June.
We're trying to organize a little Minnesota OC Blogger meet up!
We're looking at late in the day (late afternoon/early evening) on Sunday, June 3rd.
Sara - is that date/time still good for you?
I would really love to meet some of the other MN OC Bloggers around here. Anyone and everyone that can make it is welcome to join us.
Does anyone have any good ideas on where to meet or what to do? Ideally something or someplace free would be good. I can help with transportation if needed too.

Still looks good as far as the conference schedule goes. Not quite sure about transportation yet - but where there is a will - there is a way!! :)
Yea! I am excited to meet my first group of Diabetes OC bloggers!!
I'm jealous, too. Maybe I'll try to schedule a trip home to MN.
You all could meet up at Lake Calhoun. There are restaraunts around and great walking trails and picnicking places.

See now George, that is the funny part... before I moved about 18 months ago I lived about 20 minutes from you in N. Orange County. :)
Cool idea. When I met a few OC'ers in April, I said it would be a good idea to establish regional meetings (or at least organizers) to meet annually. I'm glad you decided to go ahead and do it for yourself. Maybe next time you'll expand the area covered to include Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas?! Maybe thats too ambitious, but I still congratulate you on pulling something together!
Hey Scott - have fun meeting some more fellow OC'ers. You know - I am actually within driving distance of Minneapolis - one heck of a drive at that lol. I know my husband would LOVE to catch a Blue Jays game down there again (he went last year). If we're EVER in the area, we'll let you know!
(oh, and I probably just spoiled my chances by mentioning the Jays) LOL.
